the translation server is down due to an issue with the database.

Hi Mengu,

Bernardo let me know that the files have now been fixed. The Turkmen and
Sinhala languages were missing the file for the UNIMARC installer,
explaining the difference in string numbers.

Salutations.

On a repéré un problème de Javascript cassé en français dans la pages 
des annonces.
C'est le code :
   alert(_("Merci de préciser un titre pour "Défaut""));

C'est un problème insoluble, il ne faut jamais traduire en ajoutant des 
guillemets doubles, surtout dans le cas où on a "Commentaires : SCRIPT" 
comme c'est le cas pour la traduction de :
   Please specify a title for 'Default'

J'ai corrigé.
