[Koha-win32] marc-xml instalation

Hi All,
I was able to install koha, but gives an error when I tried to run it.

The opac-error_log says Can't locate MARC/File/XML.pm.
So I tried to install marc-xml package.
But it gives the following error.

ppm> install marc-xml
Unable to recognise encoding of this document at
C:/usr/site/lib/XML/SAX/PurePerl/EncodingDetect.pm line 96, <$__ANONIO__>
line 371.
Error: no suitable installation target found for package marc-xml.

Pls. help.
