koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/tools/batch_record_modification.tt:

No MARC modification template is defined. You have <a
href=3D"/cgi-bin/koha/tools/marc_modification_templates.pl">to create</a> at
least one template for using this tool.

Because of the link on "to create" the sentence is broken up into 3 separate
strings in the po file:
