It seems to break other functionality too, like the modal on translating
itemtype descriptions: Loading failed for the <script> with source
“http://localhost:8081/intranet-tmpl/lib/greybox/gb_scripts.js”.

Should we file a separate bug? This is quite a blocker and hinders testing of
other functionalities.
