I don't know how must customisation they've done, but I'm pretty sure some of the problems= I see are from the base Koha code. The tool I use to analyse the pages uses jti= dy (http://lempinen.net/sami/jtidy/). The output for the MAIN and SEARCH pages is below. Unfortunately problems with my tool prevent me from looking further at the moment (but I'm working on them :-). I've added some comments based on eyeballing the source html.
