I am trying to upgrade from koha 20.11 to 22.11. after upgrade i am getting below error on cataloguing search. Anyone please help.

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Apache/2.4.52 (Ubuntu) Server at 10.12.1.48 Port 8888
