I'm not entirely sure this is a good idea. Can anyone demonstrate an actual error caused by not having the fast cataloging framework? I've found if I delete it, and check out a nonexistant barcode, the fast cataloging link will take me to the marc editor with a blank page, where I can choose a different framework.

Would it not be better to handle the case where there is no FA framework installed instead?
