Just to be safe I just tested and confirmed that editing a record with two 650 tags is handled correctly in 3.0. However!, we've taken a huge step backwards in functionality: the MARC view no longer obeys the 'LabelMARCView' syspref, which is supposed to have two choices: 'standard', where all tags in the MARC are identified; and 'economical', with the French-library preference where same tags are merged together in the display.
