When assigning the display order, could Koha add the display order incrementally? If a library has Item Group A, Display order 1, Item Group B, Display order 2. Right now I can set this to any number. My initial thought was to take the number of item groups and add 1, but in a case where we've deleted some of the earlier issues of a periodical, the earliest item group remaining might start at display order 20 and go to 40.
