This seems to indicate that it is not correctly importing the record from the desired source. Since the records are nearly identical I used the web based search at both AMICUS and LoC to look up the MARC record and compared the record imported using the 000-Leader and 040 fields which differ between the two sources. For AMICUS the Leader is 00911cam 2200253 a 4500 and for LoC it is 01122cam a2200301 a 450. From the dozen or so trial imports with both servers selected I recieved the LoC record once and the rest were AMICUS.
