The problem seems to be at Koha/Item.pm on function columns_to_st where not added to the array the value from itemnumber column, because that column exists on the database but not in the framework and is not a subfield as the other columns. And also on additem.pl at line 653 is called so at the line 652 exists but on the next line, the itemnumber is disappeared.
