I see Lisette's feature more like the additional fields for subscriptions and baskets, while yours sounds more like BorrowerUnwantedFields. We have been toying with having 2 purchase suggestion forms - one for logged in users and one for non-logged in users. We would also like to have more fields for users to complete including: - who purchase request is for (self, department, other researcher) - reason for request (course or uni work, collection development, other). There is a system preference (anonsuggestions) which allows non-logged in users to complete the suggestion form but anonymises them.
