To reproduce: 1. In the staff interface go to the patrons module > [choose a patron] > More. 2. Note that there is no "Send password reset" menu item. 3. Enable the OpacResetPassword system preference (set to "allowed"). 4. Control the behavour using two separate system preferences: - one for the staff interface - one for the OPAC 2. Rename the system preference so that it covers both. 3. Update the system preference so that it correctly describes the current behavour. This bug is to update the description, as per option 3.
