In the old layout when you entered the same amount for the delay for 2 notices - or if the delay for a second notice was lower than the delay for a first notice you got an error and the data was not saved. Now the data is saved and you get an error. Lastly, the error tells you to click OK - but there is no OK button. It seems to simply redisplay what you entered without saving it. I guess my only comment is that the error message still says 'OK' and there is no 'OK' button.
