There were two problems with the documentation. 1. the process of updating the zebra conf files was not documented in INSTALL or INSTALL.debian. Once the koha package is expanded, these commands should be run to update the zebra conf. * perl Makefile.PL * make * make update_zebra_conf (as root or with sudo) 2.
