[Bug 24073] New: Allow suggestion management page to default to all libraries

This can result in overlooked suggestions, especially for libraries that have more than once branch but process all suggestions at a single location. I used to work in a situations where staff at LIBRARYA did not want staff at LIBRARYB to see what patrons from LIBRARYA were suggesting due to privacy concerns. In that situation we used jQuery to disable the #branchcode dropdown on suggestion.pl and staff were not allowed to switch libraries so that they had to log out and log back in to see suggestions for other locations - but they could only do that if they had a username and password for that location. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. For us, we were quite puzzled at first when we saw 2 suggestions pending but there was no data after clicking into the suggestions. We couldn't figure out where the suggestions were and later learnt that the suggestions were in ACQ Info where we need to run a search with 'Any' Library. I am wondering if this problem has been solved by Bug 26833 since now we can see both the logged in branches suggestions and all libraries suggestions on /cgi-bin/koha/mainpage.pl.
This issue is not particularly solved by Bug 26833. If I follow the link to All Library suggestions from the homepage, I go to /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl?branchcode=__ANY__#ASKED and see all suggestions. But if I move off of that page in order to edit a suggestion, all of the avenues back to the main Suggestions page will end up just taking me to /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl, where I'll see only my logged-in branch suggestions.
