To replicate: 1. For the CollapseFieldsPatronAddForm system preference, select and save with the "Patron messaging preferences" option. 2. Create or edit an existing patron. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and note that: - The patron messaging preferences section is collapsed - It displays a progress spinner with a "Loading new messaging defaults" message 4. If you click the header: the message disappears, and it is still collapsed. If you uncollapse and collapse again, it displays as expected. 5.
