Check permissions." I have followed all the steps from the link http://kohageek.blogspot.com/2015/12/attaching-files-to-catalog-records.html but I still receive the same error message. No one is able to solve this issue for quite sometime. Checked all the permissions and settings. I think there is a bug that is causing this issue.
