I think this will fail the koha qa tests. No need to be explicit with the undef;

Does this mean the patch work as expected? The failed QA status should not be used to raise QA issues when the bug is on the NSO step. It removes the patch from the NSO queue and won't be tested. However you can use it if the patch does not work as expected.
