There are two problems : a) it seems that insert failed. Maybe a delete subscription history which failed or was not done for subscription 3. b) you had some problems with Date::Calc. In Serials, line 2601, date is supposed to be in ISO. I wonder if it is when adding a new subscription or doing a serials reception. And it seems you did not provide the system with a number of issue. But a daily subscription is supposed to have not more than 7 arrivals a week.
