However, it is not possible to view the note without clicking on the issue to view the full details. We wanted a place to store all of our vender issues in one place so putting them in Koha seemed ideal. We don't actually have a lot of issues with our print/digital vendors but we do have issues with our PC/print management vendor and our AMH vendor. Even though we don't order materials from these vendors we went ahead and created them in Acquisitions and then added notes about AMH maintenance and down time, coin box problems, fax issues, etc. Then we realized that those notes can only be seen by clicking on the Edit button. That actually is not intuitive because it seems like you want to change something about the issue not just view the contents of the notes. It would be really great to expose those notes in the table so that they could readily be seen and searched. I think for any issues staff would want to be able to see them at a glance not have to open every issue to see what notes might be attached. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
