Create a new purchase suggestion 2. Use a title that exists in the catalog. 3. The message will say: "A similar document already exists: <Your title here>. Click on "Confirm your suggestion" to ignore this message." Note that the form is now blank. 4. Fill out form again and click "Confirm your suggestion" 5.
