Using lynx to run through the installer I was forced to use 'x' (no cache) for one of the forms or the page would endlessly contain erroneous data. I think it's safe to say that for the installer at least, we should force no-cache headers, so that's on my list. I still think that it should be a syspref for the rest of Koha though ... at least that would give you the option of turning it on/off.
