I am not sure we shoudl do this - we have the marc frameworks to define what is visible, if you add extra rules when to shwow what that will get confusing fast. $9 could also be used for another purpose by a library and then there would be no way to make it show.

We have other custom Koha fields showing up in Default too. If you know what you do, you can always change them but they help you get started.
