I'm _assuming_ its the page shown in the attached screen shot, which you can get to from an open basket by clicking on the "+ Add to basket" button, then selecting the "From a new (empty) record" option in the choice list. The "Catalog details" section in that page includes an ISBN, but not an ISSN. Thus you can order a monograph, but not a single serial (as opposed to a serial subscription, which is a separate option).
