The installer places z3950 scripts in usr/local/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/z3950 
instead of (in addition to?, I'm not sure since I have my directories symlinked 
to CVS now) the right directory 
(/usr/local/koha/intranet/scripts/z3950daemon).  Only search.pl should be 
in /usr/local/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/z3950/
