This column/functionality is not needed often and it would be great if it could be set to hidden by default via the table configuration options. If you don't select any entries, then you get a browser pop-up message: "You must select checkout(s) to export". If you have the standard DataTables option to hide the column, then it may cause some confusion if you go to use the ExportCircHistory export option, when the system preference is enabled.
