[Bug 37579] New: Make it possible to reset an article request's status to previous
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=37579 Bug ID: 37579 Summary: Make it possible to reset an article request's status to previous Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer@bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt@gmail.com, kyle.m.hall@gmail.com At the moment once you have set an article request from New to Pending or from Pending to Processing, there is no way back. So if you picked an article request and then realize, that you cannot finish processing it or have picked a wrong one, there is no way to correct this mistake. It would be nice if the status changes were more flexible also allowing a reset to the original status or back to New. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
