When adding columns to the selected list, the list is about 5 characters wide and does not show the names of the columns. Entries are added to the list but they're empty. Same behavior for tabular, summary and matrix reports.
That makes sense. There really is no difference (anymore?) between these 3 "types". Updated code to jquery. Much cleaner, and corrects a bug with multiple deletions from selected columns.
