First enable "TalkingTechItivaPhoneNotification" and add content to HOLD slips Phone (itiva) part. However it doesn't seem to take holidays into account. Also there's a warning:

"my" variable $item masks earlier declaration in same scope at misc/cronjobs/thirdparty/TalkingTech_itiva_outbound.pl line 347.
