At the omment I am a little confused as to what index is what and where will it be used. 4) While I like the idea of this, I think it needs some more thought. I am not happy with the change of behaviour. It's true that we changed it when introducing DOM, but I think that's been too far ago to step back from now. What I'd like to see is a configuration option on what should be the default index to use with keyword.
