[Bug 2691] call number split failing in come cases
http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2691 ------- Comment #7 from nicole.engard@liblime.com 2009-02-04 11:08 ------- HE8700.7 .P6T44 1983 => HE 8700.7 P6T44 1983 Correction: Two problems: (1) The period should not be dropped from the first Cutter number ".P6" it is an essential part of the LCCN structure (2) The second Cutter "T44" should be on a separate line for spine labels. Here's what it should look like: HE 8700.7 .P6 T44 1983 BS2545.E8 H39 1996 => BS 2545 .E8 H39 1996 This one is correct. BS2545.E8 .H39 1996 => (Correction: There should only be a period in front of the first Cutter number ".E8" not the second, so ".H39" should be "H39". There is an exception to this rule when a date follows the first Cutter and the second Cutter follows the date (e.g., JX233.A5 1968 .B3). This is not common.) BS 2545 .E8 H39 1996 This one is correct. NX512.S85 A4 2006 => NX 512 .S85 A4 2006 This one is correct. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.
