[Bug 20732] New: Display the note tab for records without items.
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20732 Bug ID: 20732 Summary: Display the note tab for records without items. Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: OPAC Assignee: oleonard@myacpl.org Reporter: patrick.robitaille@collecto.ca QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org Hi, when we have a record who have no items, it would be great to displays the note tab first instead of holdings. It would be useful for the records of electronic resources who don't have items. Having the notes tab put forward would avoid one more click for relevant information. It could be a system preference like opacSerialDefaultTab but for the records without items. Thanks, Patrick. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Users look at the Holdings(0) and think we don't have it, when in fact it's online, or a component of a larger item. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=20732 --- Comment #2 from Katrin Fischer <katrin.fischer@bsz-bw.de> --- I like both ideas, not sure if Elaine's suggestion would need to be a system preference. Removing the (0) would also be interesting for libraries using AlternateHoldingsField. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
