No, this is not related. These were missing values from the 006 - not values that were missing because of a selection made by the user. See bug 5096 for that (that bug is related).

I'm pretty sure this was pushed. Nicole, this is your bug, so you're the one to close it. :) It seems fixed to me on latest Master, though, for what it's worth.
I'm not suggesting that this bug is still valid, but this patch was not pushed according to the history of this file: http://git.koha-community.org/gitweb/?p=koha.git;a=history;f=koha-tmpl/intra...
