However, it's templates implies that it wants to be part of the patron account pages as a "My Reviews" page. A "My Reviews" page would be nice to have, in fact - so I suggest updating the Perl code so that it produces a list of reviews that the logged in patron has made, then adjust the template to follow the current norms.
