When we investigate it appears that there is no serial.planneddate value. It is either NULL or there is no entry in the serial table for the subscriptionid. Which is an issue only because previously that date wasn't required for serial functionality. And now the system is throwing errors and is unusable for them. However, I have had newer sites complain of this which makes me think they have someone created a serial without that information. I haven't seen this happening and haven't managed to create a serial issue without planned date - do you have some more information on it? On which page does it happen? Is it migrated data or date added to Koha manually?
