The manual states the settings should instead be: - AllowMultipleCovers - LocalCoverImages - OPACLocalCoverImages There is no option listed at all for Coce Cover images cache. This issue has been observed to disappear when the language is switched to en from en-nz for the staff interface. Sometimes something gets into the po files that should not be translated and can cause strange issues. Have you tried to compare the templates?
