[Bug 1569] New: Claims states no letter defined although letter exists
http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1569 Summary: Claims states no letter defined although letter exists Product: Koha Version: HEAD Platform: Macintosh URL: http://yourkoha///cgi-bin/koha/serials/claims.pl OS/Version: All Status: NEW Severity: major Priority: P3 Component: Notices AssignedTo: henridamien@koha-fr.org ReportedBy: russel.garlick@liblime.com QAContact: koha-bugs@nongnu.org Hi HDL, I think this one might be more a training issue, but not sure. Might need you to explain how this works. I have set up a subscription and marked several issues as "missing". I can see these under claims when I go in via the web page - all good. I have also attempted to setup a claims notice so that I can email the supplier directly. When I setup the notice, I choose the "Serials" module from the drop down. I gave it the code - "SerClaim" and title "Serials Claims" I then populated the subject line and body content with some misc fields. However when I go back to the Serials Claims page - I get a message - "No Letter defined. Please Define One." Does something else need to be setup to make the connection between Claims and Notices so my Claims notice shows up? Cheers Russel ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.
