This can be if a customer had a problem, or if the box had a problem (food in the drop box, sad) It would be helpful to have a checkbox and a dropdown to choose and set a damaged status while checking the items int would be helpful when checking in an item that is visibly damaged, to make it damaged from the check-in screen.
