Test Plan: 1) Apply this patch 2) Restart all the things! 3) Upload a Koha offline circulation ( .koc ) file with a few hundred actions in it A file that works with default koha-testing-docker data is attached to the ticket. 4) Go to Circulation > Pending offline circulation actions 5) Click "Check all", then click "Process" 6) Note the page comes back right away instead of locking up the browser! 7) Note the actions you selected are now listed as "Queued" and can no longer be checked! 8) Follow the "View detail of the enqueued job" link 9) Note the job reports how many actions succeeded, and lists the date, action, barcode, card number and result of every one of them! 10) Go back to Circulation > Pending offline circulation actions 11) Note the actions that were processed are gone from the list 12) Check a couple of the remaining actions and click "Delete" 13) Note they are gone and the number deleted is reported!
