I don't believe it's necessary. I do see the "Hold needing transfer found" one, but I cannot figure out how to even trigger it. I wonder if it's just dead code. In any case, this patch won't impede the ability to see and act on those messages and we can follow this up with future bugs to take care of those as necessary.
