fixed by HDL in CVS rel_2_2. Awaiting confirmation that it's fixed. Re-assigning to HDL.

On 2.2.8 I applied hdl's two line patch to Biblio.pm. I imported a record with a subtitle, then deleted it. Before the patch I'd be left with a record for that bib number with just a subtitle, after applying the patch I have a blank bib as it should be.
