I'll ask them to see what diff we are supposed to have between an adult & a professional, because atm there are none, except the category. A question : if we decide to add this, then it means the "professional" will be connected to an "institution", meaning the "institution" must be a patron as well. iirc, for SAN-OP, an "institution" is a non-physical patron (like a school), were a "professional" is a physical person (like a teacher). So it could be meaningful to do such a link.
