We should also make the search for subscription by title look at subtitles. For example, say you have subscriptions for American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics. It will not come up for a serial title search including "macroeconomics" because that's in the 245$b. But there are 3 other journals with the same 245$a, so that $b is really important.
