Wondering how complicated that would be - material type in MARC can be defined by LDR/007/008, but I guess also by 336-338 for RDA records? This would have to be translated to a bib1 attribute that is generally supported by Z-Servers. Maybe we could display a calculated material type in the search results that we can filter on in Koha on the fly?
