It would mean less searching through multiple results of the same title. But to make it worth while, it would be great if you could place a hold based on format. Right now, Koha lets you place a hold on first available or a specific item. But what if you had the ability to include format on the first available? Perhaps one could say the want the first available in audio only. Or maybe first available in Large Type (Large Print).
