When Syspref AllowHoldPolicyOverride is set to Don't Allow, a warning message is display when trying to place a hold on a bib with no holdable items (e.g. withdrawn, notforloan, lost, etc.). When AllowHoldPolicyOverride is set to Allow, no warning message is displayed. This is not consistent with other warning messages regarding holds, like the max holds per bib record, that still display as a warning to staff, even when AllowHoldPolicyOverride is set to allow. Until hold policy overriding can be more granular by Koha user privileges, these warning messages are important in letting staff know something is amiss, but still allowing hold policies to be overridden is appropriate circumstances. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
