[Bug 36404] New: Allow patrons to create saved searches

Or even better, a patron loves audiobooks, and would like to create a saved search to show all 'newly acquired' audio books. Then when the patron logs in, they can see any updates to their saved searches. Does your request not match what is already implemented in the OPAC search history? koha/opac-search-history.pl
The search history contains all searches a user has made and doesn't provide an option to describe or store them permanently in their account.
