[Bug 7064] New: TT error for OPACBaseURL in opac-sendshelf template

The template refers to OPACBaseURL, but it does not show up in the mail. This variable is not filled in the script; since it is used in a foreach block in the template, it should be added in that scope. Test this by sending a list from opac-shelves.
