We too were having trouble when using this feature to checkout ILLs to patrons. It was "sticking" and carrying over to next patrons without our having selected the box which says "remember for session". We found we had to log out of Koha alltogether to get it to unstick. Even using the clear box didn't seem to unstick it. But today I quickly tested it and now it seems to be working. I've asked my staff to start trying to check out ILLs using that due date to see if it consistently works. We were running 3.10 when we noticed it and did a ticket to Bywater for it. They said it was a bug. I just did a webinar with Nicole Engard and asked her about the bug's status and she showed me how to login and comment on bugs myself.
